How this works: This form is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers. We are asking you to describe your kindergarten honestly, so that Golden Index can understand your context before any visit takes place. Please take your time, add photos where possible, and write in as much detail as feels natural. Your submission is reviewed only by Golden Index staff.
